The World-Time Watch: it is good to know what time it is elsewhere
In expanding the Zeitmeister line, Wempe equipped a men’s self-winding wristwatch with a world-time display. The World-Time Watch has all the distinguishing features of the Zeitmeister line: above all, a chronometer-certified movement in a contemporarily large steel case, a readily grasped crown and a screw-down case back with relief engraving of the observatory. Furthermore, this watch offers its wearer a synchronous overview of the time in all regions of the Earth – as useful on journeys as it is on one’s desktop at home.
Large Automatic Power Reserve: the remaining supply of energy is always readily visible
Another new Zeitmeister model is a men’s self-winding wristwatch with a power-reserve display. A movement that has been certified by the chronometer-testing authority in Glashütte ticks inside its steel case. The ordinary motions of the wearer’s forearm continually replenish the supply of energy in the Large Automatic Power Reserve wristwatch, which amasses a 46-hour power reserve. As the amount of energy in the reservoir changes, the little hand on the power-reserve display moves accordingly between the two ends of its sickle-shaped display, which is marked in Glashütte chronometer tradition with the German words for up and down „Auf” and „Ab”.
The model with brilliant-cut diamonds on its bezel: time in a gleaming frame
Another new item: Wempe augments three models in the Zeitmeister line with versions that have brilliant-cut diamonds on their bezels. Not only the ladies’ chronometer with quartz movement can adorn its steel case with 56 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of 0.32 carats, the men's quartz model and the automatic chronograph are likewise available with a sparkling bezel. The chronograph is embellished with rare white brilliant-cut diamonds weighing a total of 1.5 carats.
